Minnesota Redwood Real Estate, Ltd. is offering up to $10,000 retail worth of Ashley/Signature design furniture to those who elect to use the services Redwood Mortgage Company and purchase a new Minnesota Redwood Real Estate home!  Upon closing on the sale of a new home, the owner may select up to $10,000 worth of new furniture from Ashley/Signature design furniture packages.  Click on buttons below to download the packages as a PDF file for Adobe Reader 7+.

 

This furniture offer is independent of any Ashley/Signature design furniture retail store.  Furniture selected by the homeowner will be shipped directly to the home via an independent carrier from the factory in Arcadia, Wisconsin. 

Prior arrangements will be made for delivery to curb side and the furniture will be placed in the garage.  Uncrating and required assembly will be done in the garage by authorized personnel.  It will be the owner’s responsibility for placement of the furniture in the home.  Furniture damaged beyond repair will need to be inspected or a digital photo taken of the damage.  Full replacement is up to the discretion of an Ashley representative.  Minor mars and scuff are not the responsibility of the manufacturer, but will be taken care of by the homeowner at their expense.
